职位描述
He/she reports to the General Manager Jopp China.
Main responsibilities:
1. Install HR Management and HR development in a medium sized enterprise, in cooperation with HR Headquarters and General Manager China; support and document HR processes
2. Design of the HR strategy deriving from business strategy to ensure a long-term and sustained Human Resource management contribution to the business success;
3. Select and hire suitable personnel for various functions within short time
4. Install HR Planning, Budgeting, Controlling
5. Develops and implements internal communication policies which ensure the timely and sufficient distribution of information to all employees and labor Unions.
6. Develop long-term perspectives for employees, career and succession planning
7. Build up and coordinate education and training
8. Responsible for annual salary survey, annual salary review and human resource capital forecast.
9. Establish remuneration and retention systems
10. Build a high performance culture and promote a climate of trusting cooperation to create the basis for teams that perform well and work efficiently.
11. Build up a corporate culture; integrate the Chinese company into the worldwide group as appropriate
12. Occupational accident handling and occupational disease prevention
13. To liaise with government and related authorities on all matters related to employment contracts, provident fund, insurance, housing, and medical.
14. Work in special HR projects
15. Advise and support all managers and employees in the Suzhou plant in HR issues
Requirements to candidates:
1. Relevant university degree, for example Business and Economics with focus on HR, or alternative sound HR education
2. Proven HR generalist experience, especially recruiting and Performance Management
3. at least five years experience from a similar position in Production/Plant Environments
4. Record of implementing customized solutions, interventions and strategies to improve organizational results
5. Very good knowledge of Chinese labor law
6. Ready to work in a medium sized enterprise
7. Ability to cooperate internally and externally with service partners and colleagues worldwide
8. Good knowledge of Chinese job market, especially in the area around Suzhou
9. Motivation and communication skills
10. Highly motivated, creative team player, likes people and dealing with people
11. Able to work under pressure
12. Good written and oral English
