Main responsibilities

• Monitoring of customer quality status (0km & warranty) and associated costs; reporting according to FTE Group standards.
  监控客户质量状况（零公里售后抱怨）及其相关的成本并按照FTE集团标准要求进行汇报。
• Administrate customers internet portals for quality related communication.
  负责客户内部质量方面的日常沟通。
• Coordinate 0km complaints between customers- and FTE production sites and FTE headquarter.
  协调客户与FTE 生产现场及总部间相关的零公里投诉问题。
• Organizing emergency activities such as sorting and rework at customers’ site in a cost effective manner.
  合理有效地组织在客户处的紧急措施实施：如挑选及返工等。
• Conduct first level on-site analysis of customer quality complaints at customers site (0km and field claims) when required.
  按要求实施对客户现场发生的零公里质量投诉及索赔问题的第一层分析。
• To monitor and follow up customer quality open items, and report the action status and results to customer.
  监控和跟进客户质量方面未确定的事项，并向客户报告相关的跟进情况和结果。
• To support quality planning activities according to the requirements of customer and FTE Group.
  按照客户及FTE集团要求提供质量计划活动支持。
• Perform internal and external process&system audits (ISO 9001/14001, TS 16949,VDA6.3,OHSAS); follow up audit reports and implement improvements.
  实施内外部体系及过程审核相关(ISO 9001/14001， TS16949，VDA6.3，OHSAS)，跟踪审核报告和改善活动实施。
• Participate supplier audits and follow up the status 参与供应商审核并跟进相关进展
• To identify and propose quality improvement opportunities at FTE automotive (Taicang) Co Ltd. and its suppliers and put well monitoring .
  识别并建议公司及其供应商的有关质量改进并予以有效监控
• Supervise customer initial sampling process (PPAP) until release for serial production (SOP) according to customer requirements and internal quality standards; includes preparation of quality documents for submission to customers as well as customers production site assessments.
  按照客户和FTE 内部标准要求管理和监控整个首样件过程（PPAP）到批量生产过程的批准，包括质量文件的准备和提交至客户及其客户对公司现场的审核
• Well Project management support as the project team member.
  加入项目小组并提供对项目管理工作的最大支持.
• Support the temporary task assignment by directly supervisor.
  支持主管领导安排的临时任务

Requirements:

• Above junior college，Major in Mechanical, Manufacturing or its equivalent.
  大专以上学历,机械制造或其他相关专业
• At least 3 years quality experiences in Automotive Industry
  至少3年以上在汽车行业质量工作经验
• Skill for English communication by oral and written
  熟练的英语听说读写能力
• Basic knowledge of TS/VDA Standard
  掌握TS及其VDA标准的基本知识
• Be similar with the customer quality requirement of Automotive industry
  熟悉汽车行业客户的质量要求
• Familiar with Excel and word software etc
  熟练使用Excel和 word等办公软件
