PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :

· Internal project coordination for requested equipment (filler & downstream and parts) and ensure completeness of delivery, including complete documentation

· Clarification of option requirement for filling line equipment; clarification of customer questions and inquires relating to filling line equipment.

· Processing of equipment order and communication to the market organization.

· Handling of incoming orders, clarification of delivery times, create internal purchase orders, create order confirmations and creation of invoices.

a. Coordination for the supply of optimization and conversion kits for field filling machines

b. Coordination for the supply of Must Points for field filling machines

c. Coordination for parts trading/transferring among GA plants or CBCN internal departments

· Handling of claims from customer sites, coordinate and ensure proper closure of the raised issues.

· Participate in company activities.

· Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required :

· Good adaptability and re-cognition in cultural differences.

· Basic technical purchasing /analytical skill

· Good interpersonal and communication skill

· Good skills in computer (Microsoft Offices)

· Cross function communication and negotiation skill

· Excellent coordination skills

· Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office- and ERP-Systems (e.g. SAP)

· At least 5 years experiences in service, purchase related function

· Knowledge of International Trade, Law and Industrial regulations (considerable as an advantage)

Company profile -SIG Combibloc
  SIG Combibloc is one of the world's leading system suppliers of aseptic carton packaging and filling machines for beverages and food with around 5,000 staff world-wide. Headquartered in Neuhausen am Rheinfall, Switzerland.
  SIG Combibloc entered Chinese market as early as 1985. In July, 2004, the paper plant in Suzhou Industry Park had been in production on a 60,000 square meter site. Not long after that, the assembly center in Suzhou started its operation, in 2010. Until now, the capacity of Suzhou paper plant has reached 12 billion packs per year. In 2017, the construction of Technical Center AP that located in SIP Suzhou is in progress and held ground-breaking ceremony in May 2017.
