职位描述
主要工作职责:
1. Assist in establishing & developing Standard cost in ERP, including initial setup and maintenance of standard labor & overhead burden rates and allocation methodology, and annual standard cost review and revaluation.
2. Coordinate with Operation and Engineering to review BOM to ensure reasonableness and seek improvements in products costing.
3. Collect and maintain cost data in purchasing and manufacturing processes to ensure accuracy and completeness.
4. Review and analyze manufacturing variance and purchase price variance, to provide constructive suggestions for potential improvements.
5. Monitor & maintain inventory items to perform inventory health check.
6. Prepare inventory reports on a monthly base, including inventory aging, inventory status & summary report.
7. Monitor and review on slow moving and obsolete inventory, performing accounting as appropriate.
8. Organize periodical physical inventory count and annual count, make thorough investigations for variance, and perform variance accounting.
9. Monitor and review on department expense, to evaluate & analyze the cost deviation by cost element and cost center.
10. Perform costing accounting for both production & project (POC), executing monthly close.
11. Perform cost & profitability analysis by customer group/ section/ project, providing reports like GP report, business analysis and monthly management report.
12. Assist and be closely involved in costing planning & forecast.
13. Perform variance analysis between budget/ rolling forecast and actuals.
14. Assist in hourly rate update and simulation analysis to support sales quotation and pricing.
15. Assist in proposal & implementation for costing related policy, process and procedure, to improve & enhance internal control, and ensure sound management in place.
16. Ad-hoc assignments by management.
任职资格
1,Bachelor degree or above in finance or accounting
2,Above 5 yrs financial experience in multi-national manufacturing companies with at least 2 yrs costing experience
3,Good analytical skills with independent problem solving capability
4,Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
5,Familiar with ERP system, SAP & Kindee K3 preferred; SAP implementation experience would be an advantage
6,Good communication skill and team work spirit
7,Good command of English, both spoken and written
8,Strong sense of responsibility & self-motivated; Honest, Action-oriented, Detail-oriented and Persevering; Able to work under pressure
