岗位职责：
1、部门事务跟踪; Follow up with the dept. tasks
2、协助项目文件整理;Support documentation/ filing for projects;
3、会议记录及未完成事项追踪;Meeting minutes record and follow up with the open items;
4、支持项目经理的文秘工作;Secretary support for PMs;
5、协助发放图纸,文件和通知备忘录等; Assist to release documentations/ drawings/notes;
6、部门事务的文档管理;PMD Dept. document management;
7、辅助部门经理的日常事务Administrative assistant to PMD leader;

岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历, 有工程背景。diploma degree or above;
2、2年以上的相关工作经验.1+ years experience
3、较好的英语运用能力. 优秀的沟通技巧 . 熟练操作办公软件 Good English language skill; Excellent communication skills. Good at MS office
4、开放式思维，积极主动Open minded, good active and reactive.
5、强烈的团队工作意识,富责任感,能在压力下胜任工作.Team working spirit. Hardworking Spirit, Enjoy high pressure.
