主要职责

Key Duties:

1.完善和维护薪酬福利体系，确保其符合国家及公司的薪酬福利政策（薪酬结构和福利制度）

Consummate and maintenance compensation and benefit system to ensure its fully in line with the C&B policy (compensation structure & rewarding system)

2.组织、协调、落实公司员工的福利活动；

Coordinate related welfare activities and conduct events for all staff

3.及时收集和分析最新的法律法规及政府的相关政策，确保公司的福利政策符合当地政府的法律法规；

Collect and analysis updated legal regulations and government policies to ensure compensation & benefit programs meet local government and legal regulations.

4.完成人力资源部经理交代的其他工作
