职位描述
Common Duties and Responsibilities: 岗位职责
1. Define the testing specifications. 编写测试说明书。
2. Developing and making automated testing systems and test equipment based on specification. 基于测试要求开发制作测试系统和测试设备。
3. Follow established procedures and guidelines to perform routine laboratory procedures to test the quality or function of raw materials, in- process products, and finished products.
按照实验室既定程序和测试要求进行原材料，半成品和成品进行质量或功能测试。
4. Record results, perform calculations, and prepare test reports in English, including conclusions and recommendations. 记录结果，进行计算，用英语完成测试报告（包括分析和建议）。
5. Follow instructions and checklists to set-up test equipment and product prototypes.
按照说明书和检查单来设置测试设备和产品样品搭建。
6. Perform daily administration and assign test tasks to technician.
执行实验室设备的日常管理，测试任务的分配。
7. Provide technical support to production and sales.
为生产和销售提供技术支持。
Competency 任职要求：
1. Be able to operate lab instruments熟练操作实验室仪器。
2. Knowledge of local industry safety standards具备国内工业安全标准知识。
3. Knowledge of programming systems like LabView or similar；Be able to write test program.
有编程的知识，如LabView或类似的；能编写测试程序。
4. Knowledge of communication interfaces with National boards or similar.
具有和主板通信接口的知识。
5. Be able to conduct trouble shooting or other analysis能够进行故障解除或其它分析。
6. Normally Reports To: R&D Manage 汇报对象：研发经理。
7. Minimum Qualifications: University (Degree). 本科或以上学历。
8. Graduation in electronic engineering 电子工程专业。
9. Years of Experience: 5. 5年以上相关工作经验。
