1.Implement Rogers Safety Management System in each Business Unit consistently. Assure compliance with all applicable China regulations. 40%
2. Develop and implement safety improvement programs through coordination with corporate team and local BU leaders. 20%
3. Plan and direct work of EHS Supervisor and EHS engineers. 15%
4. Assure adequate technical knowledge and development of EHS team via planning for and executing training and information to meet operational needs. 15%
5. Review existing and upcoming safety regulation and assure planning for future regulations is in place. 10%

Minimum Required Education & Experience
Bachelor degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related
At least 8 years or above experience in EHS area and at least 3 years experience in management.
Prefer previously experience in multinational company, experience in manufacturing firm will be a plus
Knowledge about safety management system, Occupational Health, mechanical/electrical, Facility, and Fire Control etc.
National Certified Safety Engineer is prefer
Good command of English both in spoken & written

Master Degree in safety, mechanical, electrical or equivalent
Functional computer skills
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
Being active and a team player within proven records
Good leadership and influence to others.
