职位描述
Requirements:
· At least 3 years working experience in related field is required;
· Familiar with PCBA production Process;
· Familiar with industrial standard of IPC 610D.
· NPI, APQP, PPAP experience is preferred
· Analytical & problem solving skill;
· Project Management skill
· Good organizational skill and interpersonal skills;
· Good Microsoft office application skills.
Responsibility:
1. Create the BOM for the quotations and elaborate the industrialization cost quotation.
2. New Project Introduce
3. Checking or confirming with customer for technical issues
4. Internal BOM and product file create and maintenance
5. Internal technical engineering support
6. Working with purchase for new material certify
7. Support the project team leader for APQP process; in charge of the PPAP documentation;
8. Ensure the ISO requirements are established, executed and maintained according to ISO 9001, TS16949 AND ISO14001standard.
9. Report the ISO 9001, TS16949 AND ISO14001active performance to management and the report as be the evidence for the improvement in ISO 9001, TS16949 AND ISO14001system.
Take the leadership on reports & follow up/verifying the corrective & preventive action.
