职位描述
1.Job Purpose:
Briefly describe (in one or two sentences) the position’s purpose or role.
Implements and maintains Corporate Environmental and Safety Engineering Department compliance programs with responsibility for RSZ/RIS operations. Provides environmental and safety expertise to operations, including direct project management, negotiation with regulatory agencies and provides guidance and training to operations personnel to ensure continued compliance.
2. Essential Functions:
Identify the essential functions or accountabilities of the job in order of importance. Show what percentage of the job accounts for each major activity.
1.Develops, implements and maintains proactive Environmental, Health and Safety compliance programs for RSZ/RIS operations. Leads the company EHS Management System(s) implementation, growth and sustainability. 25%
2. Manages, leads and directs activities of the Environmental, Health and Safety Department’s China based group. 25%
3. Provides communications between corporation and regulatory agencies at all levels and negotiates required EHS permits and conditions. 20 %
4. Assists RSZ/RIS in their annual and long range planning processes to ensure continued compliance to regulatory requirements and alignment with company EHS Management Systems. 15%
5. Provides environmental/safety guidance with projects involving acquisitions, divestitures and/or expansions/modifications of existing operations. 15%

Minimum Required Education & Experience
B.S. in Environmental Engineering or Science, or related field.
10 years industrial experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
Preferred Education & Experience
B.S./M.S. in Environmental Engineering or Science, or related field or MBA.
Ten plus years industrial experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
Certification and/or registration in EHS Field.
