职位描述
-The Payroll Manager leads teams (incl. payroll, compensation and benefits administration, time management) to deliver C&B administration on timely, accurate and compliant basis for local, expatriates, leasing staffs and interns.
-Support in SLA (service level agreement) defining and business planning
-Be responsible for staffing and coaching team leaders to meet SLA Set individual targets, be responsible for performance / career development and give feedback to team leaders
-Develop streamlined procedure and process to ensure the effectiveness of workflow
-Be responsible for problem solving during daily operation Participate in departmental review meeting to update payroll-related operation and escalate issues for support
-Check and approve payroll breakdown reports for all enrolled customers to ensure accuracy
-Check and analyze performance reports and organize internal review on regular basis to identify opportunities for improvement
-Coordinate with supporting functions to ensure sufficient resource and efficient system to complete targets Involve in C&B related projects and coordinate with counterpart COE (center of Expertise) for project and policy deployment
-Be responsible for individual attendance management, training and travel application and reimbursement
-Support internal and external auditing
-Source and manage outsourced services Key Performance Indicators (optional) Service Level Agreed with Customers (e.g. accurate and timely delivery of payroll and other benefits)
-Customer satisfaction Qualification Requirement (e.g. Education, Working Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Language, Competence, etc)
-Bachelor or above Knowledge of and over 5-year experience in payroll, leadership and knowhow in payroll area with proven record is a plus
- Good at process management, effective implementation (zero defect and complaint) and able to work under pressure Logical and systematical problem solving with mindset of CIP (continuous improvement progress)
-Stable and dedicated to payroll area
