Major Responsibilities
Client
·Propose to BU National Operation Director the Annual Relationship Plan per Client then implement it;
·Understand expectations of Clients and manage the client survey at a frequency defined by BU. In particular analyze survey results and define action plan;
·Ensure the retention by the renewal of our contracts;
·In particular ensure site openings are well transitioned between BD and operations and well mobilized by operations;
Operational Excellence & Customers
·Procedures and Offers, including customer visibility tools (i.e. signage);
·Monitor the implementation of Customer feedback process and the conduct of customer surveys on regular basis. Ensure remedial plans to complaints are done and implemented;
Business Development
·Grow existing services with existing Clients, in particular by leveraging on offer portfolio;
·Develop new services with existing Clients;
·Promote the development of Food Services with existing Clients, and ensure they are introduced to Sodexo Food Services BU;
HR and Management
·Identify and select site employees with potential to be UM; involve UM and AM in the identification process; Identify and select UM with potential to be AM;
·Monitor site employee, UM & AM retention through KPI and propose any idea or initiative that would contribute to enhance employee retention;
Financial Management & Reporting
·Accountable for the achievement of the budgets in term of Sales (Retention and Comparable Unit Growth) - Gross Profit – Headcounts, and for other Key Performance Indicators that may be defined by Sodexo China Executive Committee for RD;
Quality
·Make sure all his/her UM and AM understand the importance and the meaning of all Sodexo quality standards (Incontournables) and guarantee implementation in his/her region.
Qualification & Requirements
·Bachelor degree or above with 10 years and above working experience; 5ys and above working experience on manager position;
·Strong marketing and sales skills, familiar with managing profit & loss and controlling the levers of impact & risks;
·Strong management skills on multi-service teams;
·Strong communication skills both in oral and writing with good command of English.
