职位描述
1. 5年以上模具经验,具有良好的沟通技巧、团队合作意识和学习能力,高度的责任心和敬业精神及独立解决问题的能力。
5 year experiences in tooling or above. Good communication skills, team player, responsible, diligent, personal ability to solve problems
2. 熟悉模具结构及冲压理论相关知识,掌握UG/CATIA/Cad等分析软件
Familiar with tooling structure and tooling design philosophy. Master related software
3. 具有较强的冲压工艺、模具问题分析处理能力
Stronger stamping /plastic/casting process experiences, tooling incident and root cause analysis
4. 了解模具安装标准,能在设备安装过程中提出有效意见及建议。
Familiar tooling set up procedure, efficient and effective advices, constructive recommendation for the process
5. 熟悉新型模具的生产导入,具备模具验收能力
Leading new tooling installation and acceptance.
6. 有很强的实现目标驱动力、责任和信心
Strong target driving ,enough confidence
职责描述:
1. 能够跟班生产,及时对应现场设备故障,并调查本质原因并对策,防止再发;daily tracking production, prompt to solve tooling incident and relative equipment issues, root cause investigation and solution. Avoid recurrence
2. 协助模具维修进行日常维护管理;Daily support tooling maintenance team for tooling maintenance management.
3. 对模具工艺进行分析改进,以不断提高完善工艺流程;Analysis for process, continuous improvement, optimization for the parameter.
4. 持续完善冲压模具文件和具体操作规程; Sustaining completion tooling Doc. And procedure
5. 新进模具维护档案,对模具运行情况熟悉;New tooling TVR create.
6. 协助TPM团队开展设备TPM活动; TPM Support.
7. 深入现场对模具运转过程中存在的异常问题准确判断并及时解决问题。

8. 持续学习新型诊断方法,不断探讨发掘模具存在的隐患 push forward new methods hierarchy tooling management.

MTD Machinery (Suzhou) Co., Ltd is located in the Export Processing Zone (EPZ), Zone B, of the Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP). Covering an area of 40,000 square meters. The company sells and distributes products all over the world; specifically to markets in the United States, Canada, Australia and throughout Europe. Since our opening ceremony on January 25th 2008, we have grown quickly. Our facility now employees over 400 people in disciplines and areas of expertise including: sales, engineering, quality, finance, operations, human resources and purchasing. We set up MTD China (Shanghai) Co. Ltd and opened the first office in India in 2011 to pursue presence and rapid growth in Asia Market.
