ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS主要职责：

Major Action and Support Actions
1. –accountable for overall production process to achieve production targets in quality, cost, efficiency and productivity；
2. -Make and account the implementation of production plan to meet project delivery target and adjust plan according to any changes；
3. -Review reports on production activities, performance and results and initiate corrective actions relating to delayed schedules, excessive costs, material shortages and other deterrent factors；
4. -Plan and direct production layout, work flow, equipment and work force utilization to achieve production defined by top management；
5. -Maintain an effective organization though selection, development and motivation of all associates and lead a culture of empowerment and responsibility；
6. -Plan and implement necessary training programs to ensure qualified work force；
7. -Organize, check, approve and put into effect of all production documents requested by Quality Management System；
8. -Continuously improve the working procedure and arrangement, make best use of and improve the production system；
9. -Enhance the production efficiency and reduce production cost；
10. - Be responsible for Health & Safety and environmental issues in the production to meet company and local government requirements ；

QUALIFICATIONS职位要求：

1. At least 6 years on programming in machining area;
2. Can speak English;
3. College or above，majored in mechanical ；
4. Can make programmers ISO；

The company Vestas was founded in 1946.and in 1955 air cooler for a B&W diesel engine was manufactured.
