1. 大专以上学历, 船舶工程, 轮机工程, 机械设计, 热能工程等
College or Bachelor degree holder, major in marine engineering, mechanical design, thermal engineering, etc.
2. 三年以上船舶行业备件销售经验, 熟悉船舶备件市场
More than three years experience in the spare parts sales of marine industry, good awareness of spares market in marine industry.
3. 英语 听说读写流利, 条件优秀者可放宽
Fluent in English speaking and writing
4. 善于沟通, 积极主动,有团队合作精神
Good team player, be proactive and good at communication
5. 善于新业务拓展, 能适应长期出差
Be excellent at new business development, the position request to extensively visit customers.
6. 与国内船东, 船舶修造企业有一定的客户资源
Have the customer resource with ship owner and repair yard.
7. 工作地点: 苏州或上海
Locate at Suzhou or Shanghai

Responsibility岗位职责:
1. 负责国内备件市场的开发
Be responsible of business development of spares
2. 拜访国内主要的船东, 并建立稳定的业务关系
Visit domestic ship owner and establish business relationship with customers
3. 开拓国内备件销售渠道, 直接客户和代理渠道
Develop sales channel in China, end user or agent
4. 了解市场和客户需求，竞争对手的优劣势，及时调整策略
Understand the market and Customer's needs, the competitor's strengths & weaknesses and update promptly its management
5. 商务谈判, 负责价格,商务条款的谈判
Negotiation with customers about price and commercial terms
6. 帐款回收, 保证应收帐款的及时回收
AR management, ensure on time payment from customers

The company Vestas was founded in 1946.and in 1955 air cooler for a B&W diesel engine was manufactured.
