职位描述
1、 良率管理系统之建立与维护 Yield Rate Management System Setup and Maintain
2、 建立和完善制程稽核系统。Process Monitor System setup & optimize.
3、 建立，完善主动制程管控系统。Establish and improvement of interactive process control system
4、 品质改善会议与生产，工程,R&D 检讨前5项不良和改进。Hold Quality meeting to review the top 5 defects with production, engineeing and R&D and urge relevant department to improve.
5、 制程不合格品管控, Nonconformist Product control
6、 持续改善推进以及品质异常改善追踪 QIT & Excursion & Tracker System Follow
7、 控制计划及FMEA的维护Control Plan & FMEA
8、 物料评估之配合
9、 提供技术支持给IPQC。Provide technical support to IPQC.
提交周/月报告及改善情形。Submit weekly and monthly report and improvement status.
本科学历，bachelor degree.
理工科，Science or Engineering Background
英语4级或6级以上，above CET-4 (CET-6, Prefered)
计算机操作熟练.be able to operate computer expertly
从事PCB/FPC电子行业，有品质管理经验4年以上over 4year QE experience in electron industry，FPC/PCB industry are prefered
熟悉数据统计分析工具(Ex:Mini Tab),QC 7Tools, ISO/TS16949,SPC, 6Sigma,
能够独立组织团队推动持续改善专案，建立和维护制程稽核系统
