1.Product mechanical design and make 2D drawing (for final part and component drawings and 3D model)
2.Communicate with customer about product specification and design review with customer
3.Release drawing and specification etc., Issue ECN/ECR
4.Build revision/drawing control
5.Review tool design, tool approval together with ESI manager
6.Tolerance analysis, FEA study, mold flow analysis
7.LDS DFM review and Design FMEA
8.Discuss technical issue with supplier
9.Specify reliability test with QA department according to customer specification
10.Specify material specification
11.Work together with manufacturing team to improve process yield, find root cause of problems and drive continual improvement
