主要职责Main Responsibilities：

？ Technical discussions and follow-up of suppliers;

？ Keep up to date a project schedule for each new capex equipment;

？ Respect timing plan, budget and quality targets of the projects;

？ Make all necessary tests for a proper start-up, then transfer the project to the industrialization team;

？ Prepare the list of spare parts used by new capex equipments;

？ Coordinate the internal team members and suppliers to follow the defined tasks within schedule.

？ Update of machine specifications (including modifications). Deal with all aspects of the equipments projects: size of equipment, acceptance reports, process steps, analysis of special functions/capabilities, quality of manufacturing.

？ Participate to Group studies on machines;

？ Involvement in TPM actions.

任职资格Qualifications：

？ Bachelor degree or above major in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering related

？ 2 years in similar position, with at least 1 year in installation and testing of industrial equipments.

？ Previous experience in the automotive business.

？ Can operate automated, electrical or mechanical equipments.

？ Project management experience, can work independently and follow priority tasks.

？ Available for business trips

？ Ability of computer software (MSoffice, AUTOCAD or similar, MSproject)

？ Good English skills in writing, listening and speaking

索格菲（苏州）汽车部件有限公司在吴江有两家制造工厂，其中一家工厂位于采字路456号，主要生产汽车悬挂部件，产品包括稳定杆、扭力杆、螺旋弹簧等。这些产品专门用于汽车、轻型及重型商务车、工程机械和铁路机车。另一家工厂位于庞金路1028号，专业研发生产发动机系统里的进气系统、冷却模块、油滤模块等。索格菲苏州的主要客户包括世界著名的汽车和工业车辆制造商奔驰，宝马，奥迪，福特，雪铁龙等。
