主要职责Main Responsibilities：
--According to the drawing given by customer and the other requirements, work out the most efficient, reliant and fastest CMM measuring program to meet customer’s quality requirement. Write working instruction about how to use CMM program.
--Carry out the annual check and follow up daily maintenance of CMM according to the CMM present maintenance instructions and the program to ensure the stability of the program and the reliability of the measure results.
--Improve and perfect the measure program continuously, correct mistakes and check the measuring point to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measure results.
--Support quality engineer to write quality documents.
--Suggest the special gauges and fixtures design proposal and measure them also.
--Be a member of new product development project, prepare dimension reports
--Develop and maintain programs for programmable measuring machines.
--Train others on proper use and care of measuring equipment. .
--Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and recommend preventive measures.
--Work out measuring methods for new products not limited CMM measuring.

任职资格Qualifications：
--Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is prefer.
--Around 3 years of rich experience in CMM measurement.
--Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and schematics to include GD&T interpretation.
--Must have exposure to gage and fixture development.
--Must have the ability to write inspection procedures and programs for automated measuring machines..
--Must have strong measurement science skills and experience.
--Must have the ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
--Knowledge of 3D CAD/Modeling capability.
--Understanding and utilizing inspection and drawing criteria.
--Very good written and read skills in English and being able to work in an international working context.
--Use to work with Microsoft software
