Responsibilities:
1. Creating knowledge and understanding about OEM customers requiring high levels of technical interfaces and support.
2. Developing detailed product requirements and specifications to lead product development.
3. Developing account plans in conjunction with Key Account Manager by providing input based on and in depth technical understanding.
4. Developing solutions for different customers satisfying global directives and standards.
5. Technical risk management.
6. Conveying understandable, detailed technical information in written form as well as phone conversations and in face-to-face meetings.
7. Establishing network with Group OEM and customer.

Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Electro-mechanical design background with over 4 years experiences. Heat pump application knowledge is a plus.
3. Solid understanding of integrated products (HW/SW/Mech)
4. Have a solid understanding of quality control, warranty and failure analysis.
5. Familiar with design tools and tool making for cast iron parts as well as injection-moulded composite parts.
6. Know how to use the DFSS tools to do a thorough and systematic design of new products. (QFD, D-FMEA, DFA, Test & Verification etc.)
7. Fast Learning and active listening - high learning agility and ability to learn and comprehend customer challenges and develop attractive solutions
8. Communicate in a straightforward and factual manner.
9. Fluent in English skills (Reading, Speaking and Writing).
