Qualifications,,

1.3 year college degree, preferably in a technical field
2.2 years experience in automotive quality auditing
3.TS 16949 certified internal auditor
4.Good computer skills-Word, Excel, SPC software
5.Excellent oral and written communications skills
6.Carry out duties with limited/no supervision

Responsibilities,

1.Create and complete the yearly audit plan for the TS 16949 standard audits and process audits
2.Conduct the TS 16949 Quality Standard audits to the yearly plan
3.Document non conformances to TS 16949 and pursue corrective actions until closure
4.Plan, carry out of part/process audits
5.Initiate/track and pursue to closure of process audit non conformances using internal corrective action
6.Third party (Registrar) liaison for external audits including plant guide and interface for non conformance submission
7.Report all results of audits to management
8.Support the completion of Management Review
9.Support supplier audit if needed
10.Maintain quality manual and procedures.
11.Comply with ISO14001 requirements
