公司总机接听及访客接待；

Telephone transference and visitor receiving;

考勤系统管理及考勤报表制作；

Attendance check and related report;

员工入职安排，负责员工入职培训；

In charge of the new employee’s training and other related arrangements.

劳动合同鉴定及退工备案（入职/离职手续）相关工作；

Labor contract identification and other related work.

公司员工差旅安排（酒店、机票、火车票等）；

Staff business travel arrangement (hotels and tickets);

行政工作日常维护和管理：

Daily admin maintenance and management:

工作餐管理；Working meals;

负责公司每日邮件的分发和快递；Mail distribution and send by express;

各种行政常用表单的更新和分发；Admin regular forms update and distribution;

上述表单的存档和跟踪处理；Admin documentation archive;

公司绿化管理；Green plant;

监督和管理清洁工的日常工作； Daily cleaning works audit;

监督保安的日常工作，督促其做好来访登记和巡检记录工作；Daily security guard works audit, especially about the visit record and plant patrol;

办公室日常消耗品，如茶、咖啡、纸杯等的及时补充采购；Office supply like tea, coffee and paper cups;

文具用品管理；Stationery;

劳保用品管理；PPE;

员工福利登记与申请；Employee benefit record;

公告栏管理；Notice board management;

钥匙管理等等；Company key management;

行政费用记录和统计；Admin expense application and statistic;

人事行政经理安排的其他工作。Other works assigned by HR & Admin Manager.

岗位任职要求Requirements for the Position:

大专学历；人力资源管理、中文、英语、旅游管理或相关专业；

College’s degree with major in HRM, Chinese, English, Tourism management or other majors related;

一年以上相关行政工作经验；欧美企业或大型台企为佳；

At least 1 year related admin working experience;

英语CET-6级或相当水平，可以用英语进行日常沟通；

CET-6 or equal standard and be able to communicate in English;

普通话标准，表达能力强；

Standard Mandarin with strong communication skills;

开朗大方，性格和善；

Open mind and easy going;

做事细心，考虑周密，反应速度快；

Precise mind with quick response;

Office操作熟练，PPT制作美观。

Good at MS office, especially at PPT report.

Jacobs (Suzhou) Vehicle Systems Co., Ltd was founded in Suzhou Industrial Park in 2008 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jacobs US.
