职责Responsibilities:

• 建立区域客户档案，收集地区客户信息；

To create customer data base and collect voice of customer (VOC) in the field;

• 发掘并扩展客户需求；开发潜在客户；

Create and develop customer demand; Discover potential customers;

• 针对地区市场需求制定地区销售年度计划

Per the market demand workout the annual sales plan;

• 跟踪市场销售计划的执行，发现问题，提出改进方案并执行；

Keep following up the implementation of the sales plan, find the problem and provide countermeasure action plan and carry out.

• 为最终用户提供产品技术咨询以及产品知识培训服务；

Provide JVS product consulting service and product training to end users;

• 中国销售团队其它相关工作；

Other related works to the China sales team;

岗位任职要求Requirements for the Position:

• 全日制本科及以上学历，有汽车相关专业背景者优先考虑；

Bachelor’s degree and above. Major in automotive or related is preferred;

• 三年以上在汽车制造工厂（整车或重要零部件）销售岗位的工作经验；有技术支持经验者优先考虑；

At least three years sales working experiences in automotive manufacturing plants (finished or key components); Technical support experience is preferred;

• 对重型卡车、重卡柴油发动机及其配套零部件在中国市场的开拓和发展了解并很感兴趣；

Understand and be interested in the future and development in heavy duty trucks, diesel engine and diesel engine components in China market;

• 熟练使用英语作为书面工作语言；

Familiar with English working environment;

• 能适应经常区域性的出差；

Be able to travel frequently in the region;

• 优秀的沟通协调能力和谈判能力；擅长策略性思考；

Excellent communication skills and coordinate ability；Able to think strategically；

• 品行端正，工作态度认真负责；

Well-behaved; Work seriously with big responsibilities;

Jacobs (Suzhou) Vehicle Systems Co., Ltd was founded in Suzhou Industrial Park in 2008 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jacobs US. The factory covers an area of 7800 square meters, serves major commercial vehicle and diesel engine customer, including DFCV, FAW, Foton Daimler, Shaanxi, C&C, CAMC, XCEC, DCEC, Y&C and SDEC, etc.
