Responsibilities:

Supplier sourcing, development and management

Supplier source according to drawing specification and project requirement.

Evaluate and qualify potential supplier with SQE and engineering team per company procedure.

Maintain good relationship with existing suppliers and push supplier performance improvement.

Commercial terms negotiation

Draft and review purchasing agreement, tooling agreement, etc.

Track the cost trend of the raw material especially for metals to control purchasing cost properly.

Approach with supplier for the best commercial terms for company including payment terms, inventory program etc.

New projects procurement support

As a key member of new project, set up and update project plan according to project requirement.

Supplier identification in existing supplier or source potential supplier.

Send RFQ to supplier, review and negotiate to get a good price.

Release sample order, tooling agreement sign with supplier.

Close track the sample status and get it approved per PPAP process.

Coordinate with team if any problems, get the problem resolved with team in sense of result orientation.

Implementation of annual cost control plan

Negotiate with supplier for cost reduction in line with company annual cost control budget.

Strictly control and monitor the material inflation.

Others tasks from team leader.

Requirements for the Position:

Bachelor degree with fluent English in written and oral.

4-5 years sourcing experience in mechanical or industrial scope, experience on iron casting, machining is preferred.

Good negotiation ability.

Responsiveness, good attitude, team cooperation and good communication skills.
