Job Scope:
1. Lead to complete the improvement of existing production equipment in the factory, introduction of new production lines, and extension of infrastructure. 领导并完成工厂现有生产设备的改进和新生产线的安装建设；
2.Responsible for ensuring projects allocated are completed successfully 负责确保所分配的项目的顺利完成；
3.The content of the job include the organization of resource, project plan preparation and proposal evaluation,management of project schedule, quality, cost and risk, on-site installation and debugging plan and suppliers’ management, and the acceptance check of projects.
涉及工作内容：项目资源的组织，项目计划编写和方案评估，项目的进度、质量、成本和风险管理，现场安装调试的计划和供应商管理，项目的验收。
4.Responsible for the complete of the project reports and the collection, preparation and management of project document.
负责项目报告编写和项目文档的收集汇总，编写和有效管理；
5.Responsible for equipment operation and maintenance training. 负责设备操作和维护的培训。

Requirements:
1.Minimum university education major in Mechatronics, Industrial engineer or related field.
大学全日制本科文凭，主修机电一体化，工业工程或其他相关的专业
2.More than 3 years’ experience in mechanical or manufacturing field, and project management experience, preferably with background and experience in mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance.
3年以上的机械或生产制造领域的工作和项目管理经验，熟悉机械和电气设备维修背景和经验的优先
3.The experience of the quality system training. 有质量体系培训的经历
4.Fluent in English. 英语熟
5.Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills, can working hard. 良好的分析、沟通和谈判技能，能够吃苦耐劳。
6.Familiar with MS Office, Auto-CAD, the Project Soft. 能够熟练使用MS Office，Auto-CAD, Project Soft。
