任职要求:Qualifications:
- Good bilingual communication and interpersonal, supplier relationship and supplier management skills
- Minimum 3 years purchasing experience preferably in commodity like hardware, packing material, electronics
- International team work, Self starter, proactive, high quality standards, reliable, trustworthy, cost conscious, basic financial knowledge
- Graduated in college majored in a field of business related
- Project management skills is a plus
- ECN knowledge is a good plus
职位职责:Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with manufacturing and R&D team, execute sourcing plan to ensure on time delivery of all required materials and services.
- Ensure communication and cooperation with manufacturing, R&D, quality/SQE and service people within the whole organization.
- Monitor the delivery of all purchase orders to be in line with project schedule
- Enquiry and conduct technical clarification or coordination with vendor, if required.
- Handle disputes between suppliers and internal customer, work together with the SQE and suppliers on corrective actions and take measure for preventive action.
- Continuously looking for savings opportunities while ensuring company quality standards, delivery time and cost
- Source right local vendor and proceed with pre-qualification to establish AVL list.
- Minimize contract risk in consolidation with legal consultant.
- To define and monitor adequate performance indicators related to purchasing metrics, including cost, quality and reliability.
- To negotiate and monitor buying contracts for materials, services with suppliers
- To analyze and evaluate sourcing information in domestic markets
- Propose savings plans and manage purchasing process according to budget
- Propose and implement appropriate measures in case of deviation from the plan or from forecast
- Be the window person for assigned categories and projects
- Able to develop supplier base in a continuous way
