Duties岗位职责

·To produce high standard quality of products.生产高质量产品

·Define manpower requirement for molding, assembly and packaging processes.为注塑，包装，组装流程规划人力需求

·Create and update assembly procedures, work instructions and manufacturing flow for assembly.改进组装流程，操作指南及组装工业流程

·Manage the daily production issues related to processes, quality, materials, machines, equipment and manpower and resolve for resolution to ensure continued production operations.管理日常生产问题如流程，质量，原料，机器设备以及人力；并分析解决持续的生产运营问题

·Liaise with Quality department on line quality issues and work out solutions to resolve.与质量部联系解决线上质量问题

·Keep production targets in terms of quality, scrap and productivity.就质量，废料及生产率方面保持生产目标

·Work closely with Project team and R&D departments in the transfer of new products, processes and technology into mass production in time. 与项目部和设计部合作，共同转移新产品，流程和技术以确保按时量产

·Audit SOP implementation 审核SOP的执行

·Establish 5S assessment system; enhance 5S status on the production line.建立5S体系；提高生产线的5S状况

·Improvement on the production line, promote lean manufacturing.生产线的不断提高和精益生产的改善

·Supervise trainings on new employees.新员工培训

Requirements 岗位要求

Bachelors above degree, major in engineering, product development or design.

本科或以上学历，专业为工程，产品开发或设计。

Work as production Engineer for 3 years, in order to understand and have the hands-on knowledge of: Lean production,6 Sigma quality, ERP.

有3年的生产工程师工作经验，理解并有实战经验：精益生产，6西格玛，ERP.

Plastic injection molding experience for 3 years, in order to have the competence for: 塑料注塑经验为三年以上，拥有如下能力：

-- Problem soving in case of quality issue and/or capacity problem happens.

万一出现质量问题或者容量问题可以及时解决

-- Properly maintain the molding machine

对注塑机进行适当的维护

-- Properly setup the molding machine

架设注塑机

Medical / pharmaceutical company working experience for 3 years, to understand and to have hands-on experience for: 有在医疗/制药公司工作的经验3年以上，了解并有实战经验：

-- Validation procedures验证程序

-- Validation documentations验证文件

-- Compulsive requirement of the production facilities. 生产厂房的验证要求。

Good English.英语好。

-- Written English is must, spoken is preferrable. 英语书写是必须的，能够用英文进行交流为佳。
