职位描述
工作职责：
1、Establish, monitor and maintain quality system;
2、Build and lead QA department;
3、Review all quality activities and their interaction with other functions;
4、Ensure process in place to meet quality, quantity and cost targets;
5、Ensure quality of the products by communication with customers and suppliers;
6、Coordinate the execution of SPC, FMEA programs, APQP and PPAP process.
7、Train the QA staff and assess their performance.
岗位要求：
1、Major in mechanical, automotive, Bachelor or above;
2、5 years experiences in Auto industry as quality manager, experience of working with GM, Ford will be a plus;
3、Familiar with quality system like ISO9001/TS16949 and environment system ISO14000.
4、Familiar with five TS tool manual and other quality tool;
5、Familiar with Ford special requirement;
6、Familiar with machining, casting process;
7、Fluent in spoken and written English;
8、Leadership ability, management expertise，very self-motivated and pro-active person,

工作背景：外资，汽车零配件公司出身，生产以轴承、汽缸盖等压铸、机加工工艺为主的产品；
专业要求：除了有扎实的质量体系理论知识外，精通质量部门的所有环节和流程，精通新产品投入前质量环节把控，有处理生产过程中突发事件快速反应和处理的经验，有客诉快速反应和解决的经验；
工艺要求：了解机加工工艺，铝铁压铸工艺；
其他要求：曾经在汽车行业一级供应商担任质量经理岗位，或了解福特体系。
