Core Accountabilities

· Preparing the campaign plan or program for each installation

· Monthly review the production plan for each installation base on the updated forecast.

· Working closely with fine planners to understand the production status and adjust the scheduling on time

· Monitoring WIP and LT to be sure OTD

· Following up process advancement.

Qualifications

· Education: colleague + , graduated from mechanical or IE is preferred

· Language : Good English commutation on writing, oral English is a plus

· Experience: 3+ years working experience in IE or production planning; automotive industry is preferred.

· Computer Skill: At least one kind of ERP(AS400, SAP, COPICS, Oracle is a plus); good EXCEL skills and ACCESS is a plus

· Others: Male is preferred; working under pressure and communicable; aggressive and ownership.
