4、系统性地培训新员工
5、确保日常报表及时、准确和完整地完成
6、负责EHS管理以确保工作环境安全健康
7、有效地控制产品过程中的质量
8、从质量、成本、交货、安全、精神面貌等几个方面对生产线员工做月度考核
9、持续改进

技能要求：
1、良好的人员管理能力和交际能力
2、激励，有效沟通，团队合作及以结果为导向管理方式
3、可以进行轮班工作
4、服从工作安排而且有较强的工作责任心
5.机械装配企业领班工作经验优先
