We are a German sourcing/buying office and we have four offices in Asia. Our headquarters are in Germany and we have more than 2,000 retail shops around Europe being a trend-oriented textile discounter. In order to cope with our expansion, we are now urgently looking for the following position for our Suzhou office:

Accounting and Administration Officer (m/f)

Job duties:

• Administer and monitor the financial system in order to ensure that the local finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner
• Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable systems in order to ensure complete and accurate records of all moneys
• Administer employee expense reimbursements
• Administer employee files and records in order to ensure accurate payment of benefits and allowances
• Supervise administrative services within the official regulations as well as third party agencies
• Perform various administrative tasks

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of work experience and great knowledge in the area of accounting and administration
• Degree in accounting, finance or related field of study
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills
• An understanding of relevant local and national accounting and finance legislation, policies and procedures
• Vast experience with preparation of financial statements
• Knowledge in the areas of accounts payable and accounts receivables
• computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet and word processing programs at a highly proficient level (Min. Microsoft Office)
• Demonstrate analytical and problem solving skills
