We are a German sourcing/buying office and we have four offices in Asia. Our headquarters are in Germany and we have more than 2,000 retail shops around Europe being a trend-oriented textile discounter. In order to cope with our expansion, we are now urgently looking for the following position for our Suzhou office:

Administration Assistant (m/f)

Job duties:

· Provide administrative support including correspondence, travel arrangements, scheduling, conference calls and events coordination, maintenance of office supplies and equipment, etc.

· Liaison with third parties and business partners

· Creating and updating records on in-house computer system and data input

· Preparing and maintaining various files

· Answering queries (telephone/written correspondence/face-to-face)

· General clerical duties

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of work experience in the area of administration
• Degree in business, commerce, business administration or related filed of study
• Very good verbal and written English language skills
• Take responsibility and ownership
• Excellent organizational skills
• Be a strong communicator with a positive character
• Have the ability to prioritize and work to deadlines
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
