职位描述：

1、全套的帐务管理；

2、资金的管理；

3、协助公司纳税申报工作（增值税，公司所得税申报等）以及税务方面的应对；

4、负责公司固定资产管理，定期组织固定资产盘点工作

5、制定完善并执行公司内控管理制度

6、完成预、决算工作。

7、完成其他由上级主管指定的工作

工作要求：

1、财会、经济管理或金融专业本科以上学历；

2、熟悉网络广告公司的财务流程；

3、有外资企业财务管理的经验3年以上，有融资及股权管理或操作工作经验为佳；

4、有财务制度建立或完善能力，有投资分析和管理能力，有税务筹划能力，有资金调 度能力，有成本控制和财务分析能力；

5、中级会计师或以上职称；

6、熟练操作电脑及各类财务软件、良好英文听说读写能力；

7、熟悉工商、税务等机关工作程序；

8、具团队精神和较强的沟通能力。
