We are a German sourcing/buying office and we have four offices in Asia. Our headquarters are in Germany and we have more than 2,000 retail shops around Europe being a trend-oriented textile discounter. In order to cope with our expansion, we are now urgently looking for the following position for our Suzhou office:

Receptionist (m/f)

Job duties:

• Manage telephone calls and distribute accordingly
• Meet and greet visitors in a professional and polite manner
• Maintenance of staff amenities area and meeting rooms
• Management of outgoing and incoming mail
• Ordering and managing freight
• Monitor and restock all stationery, office and kitchen supplies
• Assist with the overflow of typing from secretarial staff
• Assist with some HR related tasks including responding to applications of employment, preparation and updating of induction packs
• Organize catering for functions and meetings
• General kitchen duties

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of work experience as a receptionist or in the area of administration
• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English
• Bright, friendly and professional manner
• Strong attention to detail
• Take responsibility and ownership
• Excellent organizational skills
• Be a strong communicator with a positive character
• Have the ability to prioritize and work to deadlines
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
