We are a German sourcing/buying office and we have four offices in Asia. Our headquarters are in Germany and we have more than 2,000 retail shops around Europe being a trend-oriented textile discounter. In order to cope with our expansion, we are now urgently looking for the following position for our Suzhou office:
Finance & Administration Manager (m/f)
Job Duties:
· Provide full range of accounting and financial services
· Prepare financial statements and management reports
· Prepare financial budget and forecast for the company
· Produce accurate and timely financial information about the company’s financial status and performance to enable decisions to be taken relating to the company’s financial strength and security
· Produce all necessary statements and reports to enable the accurate measurement of cash flow, profit and loss, etc.
· Develop and monitor all necessary controls to ensure that the company complies with statutory requirements
· Act as the main point of contact with external auditors and provide them with all required information
· Carry out any necessary internal audit reviews and monitor the financial effectiveness of systems and controls
· Recommend any changes necessary to improve the company’s financial performance and financial controls
· Taxation arrangements
· Fully responsible for the office administration, human resources and assist in logistics of the company
· Assist in communication with local government officials for various issues
· Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
· Report directly to the General Manager – China
· Bachelor degree holder in Finance
· Fluent in verbal and written English as well as Mandarin
· 5 years or more work experience in finance, office administration, human resources
· Experienced in corresponding with local government officials
· Experienced in logistics and/or garment, textile fields is highly preferred
· Experienced in working sourcing or buying office or MNC
