职位描述
Working location: Wuzhong District of Suzhou; dorm and shuttle bus is provided.
Responsibilities:
- Manage different recruitment projects and make it run smoothly.
- Implement the effective recruiting program to meet business need.
- Explore new channels of experienced talent pool.
- Screen potential candidates using headhunting methods, on-line websites and print media.
- Build up network with good potentials and related database.
- Evaluate applicants' skills and background.
- Arrange interviews and follow-up schedules for potential candidates.
- Summarize and provide necessary reports.
- Ensure recruitment targets are achieved, manage assignments and liaise with hiring manager for job requirements.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in recruitment.
- Strong process mindset, assertive, confident.
- Good at consultative selling & Strong presentation skills.
- Customer-oriented and ability to build strong relationships.
- Good team player.
- Flexible, independent and able to work under pressure and uncertainties.
- Good English and native Mandarin.
