生产主管

工作职责:

1. 直接对经理或厂长负责，向其汇报工作，服从其工作安排和管理。

2. 全面负责生产运作安排、组织和管理工作，主持本部门的日常事务。

3. 根据公司的品质方针和年度工作目标，制定工作目标，并组织实施。

4. 根据公司发展的需要和实际生产状况，完善组织结构和人员编制，科学合理地配置人手。

5. 根据计划部下达的生产计划，合理地做好生产计划安排和组织生产工作，并检查／指导生产计划的执行情况，采取有效措施，按时按质按量地完成生产任务，确保交期。

6. 依照ISO9001品质管理体系要求，建立生产过程中的品质保证和帝制体系，按照产品质量标准和样板要求，严格控制产品的质量，坚持“三不”原则，确保质量满足客户的需要。 7. 组织/落实/执行公司的安全生产管理制度及防火规定，结合实际运作特点，制订本部门安全生产管理制度，做好各岗位人员的安全防护措施。

8. 制订员工的培训计划，并按计划对各级员工进行岗前技能培训、技术培训、品质培训、管理培训、制度培训、“5S”培训、消防/安全知识培训等，不断提升员工的整体素质，提高其工作质量和工作效率。 。

9. 制订各级员工的岗位工作职责，并监督其履行职责。

任职要求：

1、 大专以上学历,

2、熟练使用各类财务软件、EXCEL表格、Word文档、PPT等.

3、二年以上生产管理经验

4、具团队精神和较强的沟通能力。

5、为人诚实、正直、有责任心，能承受工作压力
