Basic requirements:

1.University above, major in electrical or mechanics technology, 3 years of semiconductor/electronica/equipment related industry(high volume production) work experience;

2.Strong data analysis capability. Knowledge of Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), Systematic Problem Solving, TPM, MSA, SPC, QS tools is preferred;

3.Knowledge of Agilent HP Testers/NI PXI is preferred

4.Be good at communication, teamwork ,hardworking, good service concept;

5.Good English skills, written and Oral, CET 4 or above;

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Build/optimize test process; evaluate and recommend test process change projects with rule faster/cheaper/better.

2.Be responsible for test process related documents writing and upgrading and provide change order for working instruction and set up the new standards;

3.Control and backup test software/configurations;

4.Provide test reports to the Test Engineering/development team. Analyze Test methodologies to improve the Testing process, find effective solution; improve test yield/efficiency;

5.Test equipment status monitoring and test yield improvement(including tester downtime, tester yield, tester reliability, etc);

6.Provide data analysis and machine trouble shooting;

7.Achieve NPI success by flawlessly doing readiness preparation, testing setup, Testing correlation, pilot running, data/yield analysis & reporting, program & spec releasing to production;

8.Handle customer complain (Test) and provide efficient and effective corrective actions;

9.Provide required test support /Training to test team with optimal cost, longevity, quality and performance;

10.Adhere to company procedures and guidelines for test and prepare relevant test.

11.Test data accuracy audit policy, perform audit;

12.Support FA physical count;

13.Based on the requirements of ISO9001: 2000, work with supervisor to prepare necessary documents and follow them;

14.Follow 6S standards. Provide good suggestion to 6S and audit 6S;

15.Other requirements from supervisor.
