职位描述
JOB DUTIES:
1. Focusing on on-line quality issue statistic, feedback and analysis.
2. Follow up non-conformity issues found on line;
3. Leads the cross-functional teams to solve them timely and make corrective actions closed under plan
4. Help global purchasing department for improving incoming material quality level.
5. Reach company quality targets through continuous improvement activities.
6. Applies basic data tools to analyze problems for improving the identified processes.
7. Leads Statistical Process Control (SPC) implementation and in line SPC usage and monitoring.
8. Support Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) process implementation to ensure delivering product quality.
9. Focusing on in-line quality improvement to support CQMS implementation positively.
10. Lead periodical quality reporting and manage the quality related document control work. Lead Caterpillar Quality Management System implementation, maintenance
11. Analyze the field feedback quality issues and implement improvement in facility and suppliers.
BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, materials engineering etc.
2. Excellent communication skill and team work spirit.
3. Srong analytical and problem solving skills.
4. Good English in both spoken and written.
