具体描述

1 大专以上学历，机械设计及制造自动化/模具或相关专业；
2 从事结构及其零部件设计(塑胶产品）工作二年以上实际工作经验；
3 熟练掌握塑胶原料基本特性及选材；
4 熟悉塑胶和金属件的模具设计/结构及生产工艺；
5 熟悉小五金的基本知识；
6 熟练应用AUTOCAD/SOLIDWORKS(PRO-E)/MS Office等软件；
7 具备独立工作能力和团队合作精神及积极地工作态度；
8 了解ISO概念和新产品开发流程；
9 英语技能，可写并能读懂客户图纸；

岗位职责

1 负责按客户的要求完成新项目的结构设计、验证及承认，零部件材料的选择及确认；
2 协助EMI 工程师/电子工程师完成新项目的报价和材料打样等；
3 负责塑胶模/金属模的开发进度并及时确认交期，完成对模具及产品的承认；
4 负责新供应商的评估及审核；
5 为公司其它的部门提供技术支持；
