Requirements:
1. College degree or above
2. More than 2 years Assistant work experience
3. Good communication skills (fluent English speaking, German would be a benefit)
4. Computer skills in office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PPT, MMP)
5. A good, open communicative competence would be needed
6. Experience in working with foreigner would be favorably
7. Good oral and written English skills

Responsibilities:
1. Assistant in daily use
2. Prepare presentations
3. Create and update workshop overview (personal and hours)
4. Update the project hours at the designer team
5. Prepare trainig documentation
6. Other tasks assigned
