Key Role Deliverables: Criteria/results by which success can be measured

· Promote quality standard and performance improvement throughout the organization.

· Setting QA compliance objectives and ensure that targets are achieved.

· Maintaining business awareness and company profitability.

· Working with Purchasing to establish quality requirements for external suppliers.

· Delivering training of clearly defined quality standard and method to related staff.

· Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.

· Working with external third-party auditors or audit agencies to ensure the compliance with customer specification and the execution of corrective action.

Critical Competencies: Please define competencies considered critical to the effective performance of the role

· Excellent verbal and written skills to analyze data from inspection and testing.

· Sound quality experience background especially quality management.

· Good English presentation and negotiation skills.

· Understanding of quality management reporting systems and the ability to make decisions based upon the results.

· Good team work spirit and leadership ability.

· Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.

· Familiar with Plastic industry is preferable.
