Responsibility

1, Maintain new project FAI parts following metrics.
2, Work closely with other sourcing engineer for related new project FAI parts delivered on time.
3, Work closely with project manager for smooth new project implementation.
4,Systematic forwarding of relevant project information to related sourcing engineer with the latest information.
5,Coordinate between Sourcing and Project manager for any incompliance.
6, MRO (Maintainance, Repair & Operations) materials vendor development and
purchasing.
7, Document control for procurement files such as PO, BO,CAPEX, contracts etc. to ensure ISO requirements met.
8. Set up sourcing routine (price, MOQ, lead time, etc.) in JDE system.
9. Oversee the quality, delivery and cost performance of vendors every month.
10. Maintain procurement module of JDE system in real time manner.
11. Gather market information (raw material price, labor cost, etc) to initiate cost reduction opportunities.
12. Other tasks assigned by Procurement Manager.

Competencies

Bachelor degree in Engineering related area.
5years’ project sourcing, purchasing in manufacturing environment.
MRO sourcing experience and project management experience preferred.
Good communication with basic negotiation skills.
Knowledge of QS9000 quality system.
Good computer skills.
English skill both in oral and written.
Preferable to ERP experience
Good team player
