Level of Formal Education: Degree
Area of Study: Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering / Quality Assurance Engineering or other related discipline
Years of Experience: At least 5 years relevant experience
Type of Experience: Same or relevant industry, in particular strong in quality and production management
Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Good knowledge in ISO9000/5S/Six Sigma/Lean
Information Systems: Office IT applications
Technical Competencies: Strong technical know-how in the area of expertise
Skills and Ability: Familiar with sample evaluation, familiar with corrective & preventive actions management.
Preferably experience in general supplies category products, for example paper products or related, product development, follow up, manufacturing process and lab testing.
Language Skills: Excellent command of English and Mandarin
Personal Attributes: Self-driven, result-oriented, have excellent organizing and interpersonal skill
Able to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility and customer view
Other/Preferred: Supplier management experience
