Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree or higher in HRM, HRD or related field.

2. Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resources and related field.

3. Experience working for manufacturing plant.

4. Strong in analytical thinking, problem solving, flexibility and information seeking.

5. Enthusiastic and ability to handle pressure.

6. Strong leadership qualities and good interpersonal.

7. Good command in English, both speaking and writing.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Prepare payroll and maintain payroll records.

2. Administer and implement employment policies and procedures

3. Administer various HR Programs and procedures.

4. Maintain data in HR records/benefits administrration systems

5. Provide recruitment and staffing for China Plant

6. Conduct onboard program for new hires.

7. Act as major source for employee relations.

8. Administer training and development programs and records.

9. Assist HR Director in any HR Projects for China Plant.

10 Perform other duties as requied and assigned.
