？ Assisting in all areas of the marketing strategy from the development of different elements to their execution.
？ Assisting the Marketing Manager to design and coordinating marketing activities/ events, preparing promotional materials and working on translation/ copy writing of press releases for the marketing, promotional and PR activities and analyzing data
？ Assisting in the execution of all marketing events
？ Monitoring the operation and event execution of all branch stores and providing improving strategies
？ Communicating with clients, regularly visiting the the clients and branch stores, collecting customers’feedbacks and analyzing customer’s need, handling customers’complaint
？ Maintain and renew customer’s database
？ Managing regular reporting
？ Organizing market research
？ Assessing the results of a marketing campaign


Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
？ With above 2 years relevant working experience in marketing or other customer fields
？ Strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills
？ Well-organized, independent, self-motivated, hardworking and be a good team player
？ Proficient in MS Office
？ Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese
？ Result-driven and excellent execution ability
？ Solutions orientated & problem solver
？ Customer focused – credible with internal/external customers, excellent customer and team management skills
？ Can work overtime occasionally and under pressure
？ Proactive, have sense of ownership, passion & commitment to work
？ Multitasking, accuracy and attention to detail
？ Regular travels required
？ University degree or above, Marketing, English, Business or Communication degree preferred
