Responsibilities:
? Participating in multidisciplinary project teams with the project plan is drawn up and the progress of the development of the product and the process is monitored;
? The introduction and refinement of the package drawings and associated parts list;
? Perform necessary technical (strength) calculations;
? Documenting and managing the reports generated during the design and calculations;
? Establish and supervise the purchase orders for prototypes;
? Coordination of technical product issues with customers and suppliers;
? Initiate and participate in FMEA and DFA sessions;
? Initiating and guiding product validation testing and analyzing the results;
? Supervising production startup of new products;
? Solving problems with current products and making changes.
? Key-user for Solid Works and EPDM system.

Job requirements:
? Technical training college;
? Minimum 3 years relevant work experience;
? Experience with SolidWorks systems;
? Experience in design and construction;
? Creative, analytical and initiative;
? Good oral and written communicative skills in English;
? The ability to work in a team;
? Knowledge of design methods and production techniques;
? Knowledge of quality techniques;
? No objection to visit clients at home and abroad.
? Familiar with the automotive industry;
? Constructing the fine mechanics.
? Experience with PDM system.

Job Location: Taicang
(Daily shuttle buses are offred to commute from Shanghai/Suzhou to Taicang)
