Requirements:
-Bachlor degree and above
-6 years process technology and management experience in MNC
-Know well at EMS process, like as PCBA and also system assembly.
-Good at process development and management both PCBA and system level(Box
build experience is prefer).
-Good process development planning and problem resolving skill
-Good Chinese and English communication skill
-Good leadership,open mind and team player
-Good sense on detailed excellent and lean thinking

Responsbilities:
1.Project management,Production process development and analysis,improvement for customer and internal;
2.In charge of product quality PPM and yield
3.In charge of tooling,profile,related hardware and software development.
4.Conduct training and appraisal to technicians
5.In charge of production and customer technical supporting.
6.Communication with different department and customer for problem resolving;
