岗位要求：

1. 新进生产操作工培训（包括车间管理制度、生产安全、操作工艺等）。

2. 协助领班/主管进行每日生产安排（包括线上所需生产物资如配件、辅材等准备与清点及每日成品核对）。

3. 负责本线生产物资申领。

4. 检查监督操作员在生产过程中规范操作工艺，对制程不良品进行确认。

5. 检查监督操作员每日工作区域清洁维护与5S执行情况并进行考核记录。

6. 收集检查每日操作流程卡与生产记录表。

7. 撰写本线每日生产报告。

8. 协助进行成品打标。

9. 在需要时顶替操作工岗位，及配合上级执行分配的任务。

任职要求：

1. 高中、中专以上学历。

2. 1年以上本公司产品生产线操作经验，熟悉了解本产品各个工序、岗位的操作及规范。

3. 能够熟练运用电脑。

4. 熟知并能够长期自觉遵守公司的生产安全及5S规范。

5. 好学上进，守纪服从意识强，有责任心，适应加班。
