Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or Master degree in Engineering or other applicable discipline
At least 12 years of work experience in Manufacturing Engineering area with minimum of 5 years of experience in Management
Strong project manufacturing experience, with solid understanding of process required to qualify and release new products into manufacturing environment
Be familiar with IE, TPM
Good team spirit
Excellent communication skill
Good PC skill
High quality management/leadership
Strong problem solving/trouble shooting skill
Good quality tools

Resposibilities:
Lead the Manufacturing Engineering Department in the ongoing development and implementation of process and quality strategies to meet plant goals
Develop, implement and maintain an aggressive focused approach to product testing and process/product quality measurement
Provide support to manufacturing staff to ensure timely resolution to all process, test, and quality related issues
Guide Associates in the implementation of continuous process and product improvements
Provide Engineering support to new product teams to ensure that all products introduced into manufacturing meet product and process quality criteria defined by plant management
Keep current on matters of technological advances that may integrate into operations to maintain "State of Art" processes to ensure the highest possible efficiency
Ensure that Associates have proper working conditions; clean, safe, comfortable, and pleasant
Manage spending against budget, control spending in relation to manufacturing
Provide for the availability of back up personnel for all key positions in the managed departments
Provide the training and coach to team members
